Cancellation terms for larger parties

Free cancellation

For parties of 16 people or more, the whole booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the booking.

Changes to the number of guests

The final number of guests must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the booking.

If the number of guests is reduced after that, the full per-person price may be charged for the places no longer needed.

Late cancellation or no-show

If the booking is cancelled later than the deadlines above, or if the party does not turn up, a charge based on the booking's per-person price may be made.

Technology & equipment

For larger parties and private hire, the following technology and equipment is available:

• Professional DJ equipment
• Speaker and sound system throughout the restaurant
• Microphone for speeches and presentations
• AUX connection for your own music, for example Spotify
